Amazon India — Money refund unsuccessful | |||
The company amazon says the the refund for the particular item is deposited back to my bank of baroda debit card but the same is not in my account, its been 10 days i m still waiting for the refund, the bank says we cannot help and the amazon has just given the reference number is 4947742091356605403062 & Auth Code: 203329, stating that u contact rbi and compalin them as to why the money is stuck, the amount of refund is 11, 931Rs!!
