Amazon India — Moto G plus bought from Amazon. Zero after sales support within warranty period | |||||
I had bought moto g plus from amazon on 13th august 2016 order id is[protected]. This mobile started malfunctioning since last 1 month and i handed over the same to cellular world (Motorola authorized service center) at moksha plaza borivali west mumbai on 8th april 2017. They informed me after 8 days that they do not have motorola spare parts so cannot repair. I went to one more authorized service center and they also informed me the same thing. I have paid for jio connection and not able to use since my only 4g mobile bought from my trusted site is not working and there is no one provide after sales service even though it is on warranty period. I am loosing on mobile charges and need your immediate help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
