I purcahse a product on amazon 4th october of this month using my canara bank debit card and the product was not returnable. And i ask for refund. As per their conformation refund was iniciated on 17th october of this month but it was not refalcted in my account. They had provided the refund no are -1cvzgsvh0000k19yltvy. I had contactcted your coustomer service no but their is no response then i mail you. Please check and confirm tha status. And kindly provided my refund of rs 604.
