Amazon India — My account has been closed

Updated by dilipdpk07 I added 300 worth gift card to my amazon account, then I tried to order amazon prime membership, so I paid remaining amount with my net banking account.

After paying using net banking, my ordered got cancelled automatically, though I got refund of 200 into bank account, remaining 300 in amazon pay can't be used.

I got an email saying 'I have to verify my address and bank statement by faxing the details'
I tried to fax the docs but it says the fax number they gave is wrong, so I can't even fax and verify the address.

I tried contacting their customer service but they told they don't have access to address verification details.

So please help me to reactivate my amazon account.
