Amazon India — my account is in hold/locked | |||
Hi sir This is adithya from chennai iam a regular amazon customer since 2014 mt account is in hold please unlock it as soon as possible i need to purchase products online Greetings from amazon. We have placed a hold on your amazon.in account and all pending orders. We took this action because the issuing bank for your payment card indicated that your card was not valid. You will need to contact them directly to resolve this issue. The hold on your account will remain until we are able to verify the billing name and address of a valid payment card. After you have resolved this issue, please reply to this e-mail so that we can complete the verification process. If we are unable to complete the verification process within 4 days, all pending orders will be cancelled. You will not be able to access your account until this process has been completed. Sir this is my sbi a/c no. [protected] amazone issue refund on 08nov2017 Rs.275 this is (Refund Refrence Number) for the transaction is 333988 but amount not reflect in my account please help .
