Amazon India — according to the system the product is delivered and we have not received the product | |||
We were said that our product will get delivered of 2nd jan - 4th jan and we got a message that product got delivered on 4th jan. My husband immediately called amazon and informed that we have not received the product. They said it might get delived by end of the day. We didnt received the product so we called them at night go check the status. They didnt had any clue where the product was and this product costed 4.5k we couldnt afford to get it misplaced. To top it all the amazon executives were very rude to talk to and not at all responsive. They asked to wait for more 24 hours, we informed that we have already waited so much just let us know where is the product, again they had no answers. Today is 6th jan sunday and we still have not received our product and we are since morning in call with amazon team they still have no clue. We can not even cancel our order as apparently it is delivered. We have complaint to amazon constantly they are still not up to the mark. We just need our product. Was this information helpful? | |||
