Maine shoes order kiya. Shoes damage nikla to maine return kiya. Fir one month ke bad maine castumer care ko call kiya unhone bola ki aapka refund ho gaya hai. Maine account check kiya to koi bhi refund nahi ha tha. To mauine call kiya to unhone batmiji se bat kiya aur bola ki apna amazon account close kar. Koi refud nahi milega. Kya yahi hai rule.
