Amazon India — no delivery after 1missing phone call

I am a registered prime member with amazon.in. I had placed an order for elica gas stove on 21st may, it was promised to be delivered on 28th. As per application and a message sent by amazon, somebody was suppose to call me, but instead i just got a miscall, that too with just one ring. And within seconds i got a message driver called but i didn't answer so attempt failed. Just one call. As when i tried informing amazon customer service about it. They are saying only one thing "they will get back to me". Also app says it will be attempted next day, which didn't happen. And so it's another day with no intimation on the delivery of the product. Tried getting information from social platform, they asked me for details, which i gave but not reply or any message from them. Most important point is, i tried calling the delivery agent on the given number using the pin 17 times, but there was no answer or reply to my calls not even a single time.
