Amazon India — No product in hand

Updated by Prakash Jamadar I have ordered this product (Replay Full Face Helmet Leo Decor Star Graphic )on 8th Aug and was told that it would be delivered on 12th Aug. But unfortunately the product is yet not delivered. When I track the order it shows as shipped on 12th Aug but till date I do not have

the product in hand. It was very embarrassing that I had to contact the courier company (which is not my part). I had to make several phone calls to reach courier company( I had to try roughly 50 times and then I could reach

the courier company agent) and then one agent said that it would be delivered on 17th Aug. Today 10 days have passed but I do not have the product in hand.

I even tried contacting Amazon via chat support but the representatives did not care for my concern and said that I could simply cancel the order. I even sent an email but never received any response. Surely, I will be cancelling

my order. Is this how Amazon treats their customers ? I am totally disappointed with Amazon that I ordered a product but they could not deliver it to me.

This is a shame on their part. I will never recommend anyone to use Amazon to buy the products online.

The courier company in my case is BlueDart.
