Amazon India — No Refund for wrong information of product | |||
I bought a Samsung A3 mobile phone from Amazon India that was showing LTE Network phone in Amazon website. But after buying this phone, i noticed that this phone is not LTE (4g) mobile phone. Again i have checked my previous order and clicked product page where i bought this phone and saw that there was still showing LET in mobile classification. i called and sent many emails to Amazon Indian to refund me because you sold me this phone by cheating. (you are showing LTE to Samsung A3 mobile phone whereas this phone is not LTE ). They (Amazon India) neither refund my money nor provided me any solution. How i can get back my money or any solutions? I have proof as i have mentioned in images. Was this information helpful? | |||
