Amazon India — no refund issued | |||
I ordered a merlin suit from amazon but it had stains on it so i requested for refund. They told me that i would be refunded in my bank account but refunded in amazon pay balance. I then contacted them after which they deducted the amount and from a month, they are not refunding the amount. They put some or the other excuse. I contact them frequently but don't get a proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||

Though i retrieved it during that short period of time they initiated a refund.
Kindly stop that as i donot get any help from amazon customer care
