Amazon India — No support on the complaint made for the order that is being shipped | |
Hello Team I have already contacted amazon team on phone and have told them the issue that I am facing I purchased the TV from Amazon dated 13th July 2016. Now there are white patches that's coming on the screen and need to be serviced. The service engineer asked for the original bill which i gave them which was provided to me by Amazon.However the model no on the bill is not correct . I need the correct bill with the correct model no to get serviced.One of your colleague advised me to ask for the service denial letter from the engineer however he denied to even give that.He told me to contact Amazon to give me the correct bill.Now I am being asked to contact from one service provider (Micromax) to the seller(Amazon).when I contacted Amazon again the persons who. Picked up the phone told me to send the original bill and the correct model no so that correct bill can be sent out to me. Request you to please help me here.I am attaching the bill and the snapshot of my model no. I need this to get sorted quickly as I won't be afraid to go to consumer court against both Amazon as well as Micromax service centre. i am following up with amazon from last 2 to 3 weeks and not gettig any support have asked the call back but not getting any esponse I want to lodge a complain against amazon in consumer court now Was this information helpful? | |
