I talked to PNB Customer Care Executive today, Feb. 15, 2021 at around 10.00PM. I have been challenged to even write to RBI.
Hope, the bosses sitting in PNB Delhi Office do have some respect left in them.

I sent a mail to Punjab National bank ([protected]@pnb.co.in ) on Feb. 06, 2021;
reminder - 1 on Feb. 10, 2021 and reminder - 2 on Feb. 12, 2021.
But there is no response.
I did mark copy of the above mail to Amazon India ([protected]@amazon.com) on Feb. 06, 2021.
They have also not replied.
Very sad state of affairs at both PNB and Amazon India.
