[Resolved] Amazon India — Non Credit of Refund even product has not even reached and cancelled on its way after ordering | |
I have ordered PUMA Popcat Slide Sandal from Aamzon with Order ID number[protected] for the amount of RS. 1619. Neither my amazon account is showing any status in regards to refund issued, nor it is saying that refund is credited to original payment method. While ordering this porduct, this product has become cancelled on its way. It has never even reached me. Amazon has become unable to transfer me my money of refund. All they are doing is poviding me with Bank refrence number which my bank is unable to trace. Bank refference number provided to me is TRM0K5NB0000KTOT4IG7. Please take action and credit me my refund in Account in [protected]. My account number with Amazon is with this number and email id..
