Amazon India — Non delivery of good (returning of money) | |||||
Respected sir I had booked a Lenovo vibek5 mobile for Rs 5700 from amazon site on 25 dec vide order no :[protected] on 18 % discount and paid through net banking, the expected date of delivery was on 31 dec, on 30 dec i received a mail from amazon that his supplier m/s Bappa enterprise is unable to supply and your money will be credit in your account . on the very next I wrote a mail to amazon stating that its ur company fault and why should i suffer for your inconvenience, on the same day i received a mail that they can't do anything in this matter and ur money will be credited in your account in 2-3 days sir, my grievience is that if the company is unable to supply how they can list the produt on it site, and my money blocked for nearly 10 days, hence it is requested that u look into this matter and the product may be supplied on the same discounted rate Thanking You, Waiting for your anticipation Yours faithfully dhananjaya pandey Was this information helpful? | |||||
