Amazon India — non-delivery of parcel by blue dart courier | |||
Dear sir/ madam, Ceo - amazon.in Ourselves amitava mukhopadhyay / mousumi mukhopadhyay are your regular on-line customer since 2013. We regret to inform you that we had booked one item vide docket no. [protected] of blue dart courier.. The courier not been supplied the said item at my door step. The concept of on-line purchase system should be delivered at door step only & it is also under purchase agreement. But there is now the breach of contract. We have not collect the same item from blue dart courier office. Hence it should be return to your address. As a customer, it is our request not select such courier who does not able to send the articles at doorstep of the customer which defame your portal & it has an direct impact on faith of million of indians Hope you will understand & keep the track trouble free.
