Amazon India — Non delivery of product and no tracking data available with customer care

have order this on 13 Jan 2015, delivery date was 26 Jan 2015, today is 04 Feb, 2015, till today neither the amazon nor there courier partner have any idea When this product can be delivered or where is the product? Called amazon.in, 4 time but those scumbag customer care representatives have any idea about it. last call was on hold for more than 40min after that i give up and hung the call. Following are the chatting i have done with amazon.in representative.

Please note that after a month they are still not be able to promise me any particular date for product delivery.
I cant expect this from such a big MNC like amazon.in .

My advice is to buy from other e-commerce site then amazon.in, by giving a few extra bucks, As these people doest have any idea about what they are doing and make fool of a customer

case I am escalating this issue right away to the courier higher authorities
and will ask them to deliver the order to you on priority basis and will ask
them to update the tracking of the same.

is your old trick you people are escalating this issue since 26 jan still you
are not be able to do

i dont
want any [censored] update on track i want my product

Amazon:I
can understand that is frustrating for you that you have been waiting for this
order for so long but I would request you to please do not worry as I am
escalating this issue right away to the courier higher authorities with the
Highest priority and will ask them to do the best that we can do to get it
done.

As a
valued customer we will never wants that our customer face any inconvenience
but some times courier fails to provide the proper assistance.

I do
understand the inconvenience you’ve faced, .

I would
request you to please allow me a chance to solve this for you and I am positive
that once the issue is escalated you will not be disappointed for the same.

I will
make sure that you won't have to come again for the same and I will try the
best that I can do from the resources that I have to get it done.

can see that the tracking has not been updated since 20 January 2015.

I can see that the request was previously forwarded to them to deliver the item
as soon as possible.

Since
there is no tracking update even after the previous request, it requires an
escalation.

Please
give me a minute while I escalate it with the higher authority of the Indian
Postal Service Team to deliver it within 24 hours.

I request you to please wait till 24 hours Further, I would be following the
tracking details personally and if there is no tracking update within 2 hours,
I would again escalate it. Even I would take my supervisor’s help as well to
check what best can be done to get it delivered.

I request you to please allow us the mentioned time lines I would make sure
that you would not need to contact for the same issue.

It is
correct that you have already contacted us many times but my duty is to try my
best to get it resolved. And that I would do because we don’t want you to face
more inconvenience.

given you people 9 days still you are not be able to provide me an exact time
of deliver

understand Umais and feel where you are coming from. Now what I can do for you
is I can speak to a team leader to see what options we have as I have found 2
minds are better than one and I can then advise you of what you need to do. I
want to help you in the best possible way I have felt your frustration with the
situation and we need to resolve this right away. I will be back in a movement.

timeline is over on 26 jan from that day you are harassing the customer and
telling them to act positively

what kind
of a person are you... i will post each and ever communication abt this on
each and every social networking site i will confirm you that

my sincere apology on behalf of the courier team.

If it is
not delivered within 24 hours, I would process the refund and would send you an
email by myself.

Amazon:Yes.

amount will be cre4dited to my account on the same day?

Amazon:As
per the refund process it takes only one day to process the refund from our end
and another 2-4 business days for your bank to credited your refund in your
bank account.


Me:means
you wasting my time...

you are

why 2-3
days refund instantly? means i have wasted almost a month on you and then i
need to suffer 2-4 day hm... is the customer time and energy is nothing for
amazon?

Amazon:I
do understand the inconvenience you’ve faced Umais Please give me the
opportunity to fix this situation.

was the maximum time frame by the respective bank.
