Amazon India — Non delivery of product and pathetic customer care service | |
I raised the order of Theraneem shampoo( order number-Order #[protected] on 26th August. I gave a call to amazon on 11th September to track my order and to my surprise i was told to track the order myself by calling blue dart, which I did and got no response. On calling amazon again, the executive raised an email complaint to Ibhejo- the seller and since that day, I have been writing mails to ibhejo to track my order, how ever got no concrete reply.
yesterday, i received a mail from them stating my AWB number and bluedart customer care number and asking that I should track my order.
To add to my frustration, when I called blue dart today, I was told that my order is being sent back to Mumbai as requested by the seller. I am sorry to say but this is not the kind of service I expect from Amazon. I am quite a regular customer of Amazon and this is for the first time I have come across such pathetic services.
It has already been more than 20 days since I am waiting for this product, how ever I just keep on getting automated messages that just dont make any sense, from Amazon, when ever i ask for the status. Was this information helpful? | |
