Amazon India — Non delivery of product | |||||
I had ordered an envie battery charger, it was supposed to be delivered by 11th of February. I have been tracking the item details and found that the product has been returned to shipping address as the customer refused the delivery. I on the other hand, did no such thing. On another incident, around ten days back I had ordered a one plus two mobile case from noise, it was to be delivered but the delivery person was unbelievably rude over the phone, disconnected my call on two occasions, did not receive when I called back immediately, next day again he spoke very rudely over the phone and finally without giving an explanation for the extremely unprofessional behavior, disconnect my call. I finally had to return that item. I would mention here that even in that occasion, on the tracking product details, it showed my item was refused at delivery site. These two incidents in a span of two weeks has left me and my family completely disappointed with the entire shopping experience with Amazon the people involved also seem to have no bothering about customer satisfaction or even the minimum social conduct.
