Amazon India — non delivery of product & non refund of money | |||||
It was such a bad experience with amazon online shopping, i have ordered samsung c9 pro mobile on 05.10.2017 and paid them through credit card. Delivery date was 09.10.2017 but date was postponed to 13.10.2017 without any reason but not delivered. On 14.10.2017 it was known through customer care that we cannot deliver the product reason was unknown & refund will be initiated. Again we called customer care to check the refund amount on 17.10.2017 but still it was known that the order was in pending state. On my request for refund,. It was said on 17.10.17that the refund will be processed only after receiving back undelivered of ordered package at their fulfilment centre from amazon transport and then refund process will start and in 3 to 5 days my bank will get the refund.. But till date no confirmation of cancellation/refund of money has been received. These are the results of my online shopping with amazon.
