Amazon India — Non delivery of redmi phone on the excuse of damaged parcel, repeatedly for 3 times | |||||
I ordered redmi 32gb phone on[protected], paying in advance, but received an excuse that parcel had been damaged hence not deliverable. On[protected], again I ordered same phone but received same excuse. On[protected], again I ordered same phone, with same stupid result. (This time I v made a fool of myself, by ordering it through amazon pay mode. The result is I got my refund in amazon pay, where my money is unusable since I Couldn't order the phone today during sale) Amazon India had been my first choice for years now, but, the experience this time, especially with the phone, and the customes care people, has been bitterest. Please ensure the delivery of the phone (which can not be damaged all the three times, except due to the conspiracy) or refund my amount to my saving account.
