Amazon India — not credit my refund in my bank account

I ordered first an item on 7th august a steelbird helmet, but the order is cancelled becouse shipment address is not serviceble... I again ordred same item on 9 th august, but i have got same mail in my account. The order is cancelled and the refund is complete with in 4 days... But at this time i have not recieve any refund in bank account... So pls help me...
