Amazon India — not credited

I have been recharge my tata sky dth through amazon on 17th august witch is cancelled from their side and initiated for refund. But till date amount is not credited in my account. When i call then they tell me to contact bank customer care and when i call bank customer care they tell me to contact bank branch. Amazon provide me a refund reference number witch is not valid tell me bank customer care. At first they tell amount will be credited 3-5 business days. But now 10days is cross. Please help me...
