Amazon India — Not getting service of a under warranty product that I bought from your Amazon | |||
I bought a OneplusOne 55 Inch Q1 Ser from Amazon India site . After 8 months TV is showing black screen, i am keep raising my concerns to Amazon Customer Service and One plus one Customer service also not responding properly and after 25 days also issue is not resolved.. One plus TV purchased in October-20, after 6 months use the LED screen showing cloudy and become dull.
I have made complain to Amazon (through with I purchased), till date screen not changed.
In warranty card, one email id Channel:[protected]@oneplus.com given as well as web site address
https://www.oneplus.in/support given, but we are failed to lodge complain through both the ways, on email as well as web site. It does not passes on email and web site does not indicates any complain section.
This is all Faltu. Such a big companies like One Plus and Amazon, International fame, should not do this type of negligance will affect their biusiness. My tv is in warranty, by the time I register my complain properly, the warranty time will expire and I will be the sufferer. If this is not attain, I will definitely go to consumer court.
I advice everybody to do so.

I am one of the customer of One plus TV.
I have purchased through online from Amazone.
My location is Vadodara-Gujarat-India.
WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR EXISTING.

Pics of defect of the TV., TV screen shows cloudly, it is clearly visible at the time of start up of the TV, when screen is blank and
Details of sale, with my residence address.
Once persons came from Amazon, assured to change the screen, they have took the picture of the screen too.
Till further neither they have changed screen of TV nor they have visited to rectify the same.
Your Toll free numbers I have tried but could not make complaint.
I have tried to complain on your WEB site written on Warranty Card
https://www.oneplus.in/support but I could not found any space in support page hence this email.
Register our complain with this mail again, and do needful.
