Amazon India — not initiating refund

I didnt receive the product even after paying one day delivery. But even after 5 days when i didnt receive and calling customer service twice i cancelled the order. Its been 5 days since the cancellation, they are yet to start refund process.

They keep saying the same thing over and over that they have escalated the issue. But what am i suppose to do. It is not a small amount, my rs59000 is stuck.

Now am just of sick of it.

I had place order smart watch two times but now they not give money or my smrt watch.

Amazon courier (GATI courier)very bed service .my order 13 may 2018 an estimate delivery 26 may2018 but not delivery 27may2018 .my money use amazon account in 15 days .or not send delivery .very late refund .so my money usefulness.

26 May 2018 Redmi Y1 Lite Purches mobile but not deliver at that time.
First delivery time 30 jun after 2nd jun. but ata that time not status updated and mobile deliver.
