As i purchase from amazon india redmi 4 black online date: 21/09/17. Order no:[protected].in name of parth shah with mobile no: [protected]. Inspite of calling and talking to the person on coustomer care no of times and also sending the detail of my bank statement there is no action from your side. Which is surprising. Kindly resolve the matter fast and credit the cash back amount to my account from which i purchased my mobile.
