Amazon India — Not received invoice with correct serial number | |||
Hi, I have purchased a laptop on 11 December 2014 with order number[protected]. Previously they have sent Invoice copy with wrong serial number. After that I have send them the correct serial number one week back. Still I didn't receive my Invoice copy with correct serial number. So that I'm unable to claim warranty from Lenovo. The customer service people simply say you will receive the Invoice copy by end of the day which is not happening.
