Amazon India — not taking back the product on return request. | |||||
I purchased xiaomi fitness band strap from amazon.in. But it did not fit to my gadget. So i when i requested for return, they gave me a time schedule of pick up. But no body came to pick up. I cancelled the previous request and made a fresh request. After 3-4 days when i called customer care, the cc executive tells that you have to send that by yourself. During my return process first time, i gave the wrong address for pick up. An courier person came to pick up, but i denied as it was wrong request. When i made a fresh request, they are telling me to send by yourself. Even they threatened me that your id will be blocked. I even told them do whatever u want to do. 300₹ is not a big concern for me. But ur cheating strategy is really matters more to new and innocent customers.
