Amazon India — One Plus Two | |||||
Dear Amazon, I have ordered an One Plus Two phone on the 23rd of September 2015. Have used this emai id as my account to order it. It was guaranteed to be delivered by 25th September but I do not know what is wrong with your delivery system that I have not received it yet. I have been literally calling you guys twice every day since the 25th and all that is get is that it is at the local delivery station and will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. It is an important order for me but you guys donot seem to take it seriously. What is wrong with you seriously! If you guys cannot arrange for the delivery, please let me know where this so called local delivery station is I will go and collect it from there. FYI, I have also sent an email before for a fossil watch that I purchased from Amazon for 6500, turned out to be FAKE. No reply whatsoever I got from Amazon, and you guys call yourself as Earth's most customer centric company! (HAHA) If you end up reading this email Thank you for your precious time.
