Amazon India — Oneplus nord 5G-1 | |
Dear Sir, I am Anil Bairapudi, and have placed an order on 31st March 2021 for oneplus nord 5G phone. It was supposed to be delivered by 1st April 2021 and I was not there at home, however there was miscommunication between the delivery boy & at my home. The product was cancelled by the delivery boy without my consent. I was waiting for the product to collect, and I am assuring my exchange phone is in good condition. I request to relook it and send the same product for delivery. I need the product invoiced on 31st march 2021, as the invoice bill is needed for me for other purposes. And was trying to contact customer care, but not getting the right solution to resolve the issue. My amount was debited on the 31st march 2021, and not getting the product as promised. I was not happy at my end, as I have been a customer for Amazon for the last 6 years. It is requested to resend/ re-deliver the same product which was promised on 31st March 2021 invoice( which is attached as reference). As I am a central government employee, I need a 31st March 2021 invoice for the LTC scheme. Please feel free to call me on [protected]/[protected] to discuss further.
