Order id: 2865759 Placed on: may 11, 2018 I ordered a phillips trimmer model no. Bt 7206/15 from amazon, but i received the nova trimmer model no. Nhc-9011 which is far less quality product than what i had ordered. It was a very bad experience and i am very disappointed with this kind of service from such a reputed firm. From the customer's feedback and complaints, i got to know that this thing happened with other customers as well. I had filed the complaint against this, but even after repeated emails and phone calls, i did not get the replacement done. Was this information helpful? | |||
