Amazon India — Order#[protected] | |
Hi, This is regarding order#[protected]. I have returned this order on next day of delivery (24th Aug). I didn’t received refund yet. Instead I was told that refund can’t be processes as item is different from what is sent. Yes, item was different what was sent to me thats why I returned it mentioning same. Spoken with agent Abhishek when not received refund after two days of return and was told that we (amazon) received it today morning in our warehouse and refund will get processed till next day. I didn’t got any refund. I called again through app and connected with agent - Neha. She told that we didn’t received it yet in our warehouse (Mumbai). Once we receive it, refund get processed till 3rd of Sep. I was not satisfied with both agents statement as both of them said different. I asked her to transfer to supervisor to get this issue resolved. I was connected with - Amit there and he also told me same thing as Neha described me. I was waiting and connected again to an agent - Abhishek (This was same person I remember by his voice on my first interaction). I told him that you said me earlier that item was received and refund get initiated today or next morning but still no resolution. He put me on hold today thrice for long and came up with the statement that refund can’t be processed from his hand. Wow, after 10-12 days What I got is NO RESOLUTION As per him Amazon or his agent didn’t asked for any picture proof of product what received and not even took steps to verify product while return. This shows that mistake is all from Amazon side. Is this the way Amazon response towards resolution? I am Amazon Prime member since long and placed a lot of orders.
