Amazon India — order cancellation after 10 days - cheating customer | |
I have placed a order for apollo tyres in amazon on 26th of july. (Seller name is walli tyres) and my expected date of delivery was 5 to 8th of august. On3rd of aug i mad a call to customer service why my product has not been shipped and they updated that it is a seller product and due to technical issues tracking was not available and product will be delivered on or before 8th of august. On5th of august again i made a complaint about my shipment and next day i am receiving a msg from amazon my order has been cancelled. Why cancellation after 10 days?? Amazon responded that it was out of stock from the seller and order qty was minimum. I checked amazon site and it is still showing the seller with stock for placing the order. To sum up, amazon commitment or concern towards the satisfaction of customer is zero. Cheating is the only word i have to tell about it. Note: amzon responds its a seller issue. We are getting the product just from amazon and not from seller Was this information helpful? | |
