Amazon India — Order cancellation | |||||
Hello my name is Ganesh Waghela i, m from Mumbai Maharashtra I have placed an order "Moto G turbo" on 27th March, 2016 on amazon. And the order was placed following all the steps according to amazon. The amount was paid by credit card applying a discount code on the total amount.. The original amount of the product was "12499" with discount code "7500" was discounted from the total amount the final price was "4999" which i paid from my credit card..! The code was accepted by amazon website and within few minutes i received order conformation mail to my email id..! there was no conformation on delivery dates ! after 3/4 hours i received a mail from amazon regarding refund of my amount on the same order with in 2/3 working days ! today i received another mail regarding auto cancellation of my order ! amazon cancelled my order by it self without any notice or informing me about it ! now amazon is say it was a technical error regarding the discount code..! Amazon is one of the reputed online shopping site but there was no call massage or mail regarding the order cancellation i would request for help regarding this issue i want my order which i paid for !!
