Hi Team, My name is Saikrishna Katta mobile number is [protected]. I have ordered one product in Amazon, Order I'd is[protected] Amazon people saying that the order is delivered on 30th Jun 2018 but order is not delivered to my address and second thing I didn't get any call from courier service regarding delivery. I have ordered above product on 15 Jun 2018, till now I have not received my order, It's been 20 days from the day of order. Amazon people are not responding in a proper way.. When I call to the customer care They are cutting the call with out a proper conversation. My product has arrived and i have been receiving texts such as it will be delivered by today however, no such thing has happend. I have called the delivery agent this morning and he told me that it will be delivered by today evening; though no sign of him.
What kind of service is this? Utterly Disappointing service from amazon.

I have ordered a top today it was out for deliver I'd take a leave from my work to receive it but the message is showing that your order is refused by you but fact is i didn't reject to my order tell when it will come towards me really i am so upset to got this messag which I have not done they are showing that.
