Amazon India — order misplaced | |||
This is the email I wrote to Amazon India. Feeling immensely disappointed "Hi, To whomsoever it may concern. M really surprised and upset with the treatment provided by Amazon India(ironically so called number one in customer service). I placed an order for a Sony T2 ultra as a gift for my mother on the 30th of august with next day delivery, however it gets lost. My misery doesn't end here, I am unable to place another order due to the QLA u have in place. I[censored] think that's all, see what's coming next. The price just increased by INR 3821, Kudos Amazon for making some extra money. I spoke with a lady and her manager Mr. Sai, he said he would "TRY TO" get back to me before 1700 hours this evening.
