I have booked an order on 12th August 2015 which was delivered on 18th August 2015. I was suppose to get a cash back of 15% on HDFC Card till 12th November 2015. It has been a surprising and annoying issue for me that company like Amazon is not releasing a cash back amount. I have been contacting your executives since long time but the result is NIL. They are giving me satisfaction that my request is been forwarded to the bank on 4th December 2015. Now they are asking me my account statement, this is horrible.
