[Resolved] Amazon India — order not yet received but amount deducted | |||
My Name is Puneet Singh from chandigarh. I have ordered 3 (1 Samsung Mobile + 1 JBL Speaker + 1 x Lenovo power bank) items through Amazon but receive only 2 (1 mobile + 1jbl speaker). I have received a notification pertaining that Lenovo powerbank has been delivered but when I called my family, they denied that no one delivered anything. I called to amazon customer care and I was told to wait for 4 days as this would happen. after 5 days I contact their customer service and I was told if the order didn't came they will refund the money but vain result. I tried to contact with Amazon customer care again and they said they already put the refund request and they will refund the money. during yesterday their representative called my wife and start investigating and asked for package and when she said we didn't received it he changed his tune and said why you guys complaining and asking for refund when you already received the package. she simply asked for the receiver name or signature they have given the package but he didn't said anything. I tried to contact with them and they straight away said they know the policy and they don't have to tell me the policy but they deliver the package to Puneet Singh. I explain that I am in Turkey how can you deliver the package to me when I am not in India, they said it was delivered by 3rd party and they cannot do anything. they will not refund money. Is this the way so called company Amazon works. I just share this to my colleagues here and they starts laughing saying that incredible India. I am not worry for my money but the insult I felt yesterday I cannot describe you. I have decided to request through you as when I complaint about the bank last time they refund the money straight away therefore I would like to request you to help me out for this as well. after filling this complaint I have received a email from Amazon as well as I was told by Amazon that they will rectify and resole this issue but today again they replied on same way that they already delivered the package and they cannot refund my money. I was trying to contact with them since the very first day that I haven't received the package but they don't want to listen. I have ordered 3 items and I received 2 items but not the cheapest one. if I really want to grab the items I should go with the expensive one not the cheapest one but they do not want to listen. I asked them to show me the receiver signature while they deliver the package as there might be a signature received by their representative when they deliver the package but they ignored and disconnect the chat. how can some reliable to them if they are behaving in this way. please be more hard to them as this is not going to be acceptable and I will definite go to consumer court personally when I will be in India. meanwhile I am expecting your favor as earlier done to me and believe that after chasing hardly by you, they will refund the money. thanks in advance for your efforts and kind action.
