This is Rubina from Delhi I have purchased a mobile (order order #[protected]... Redmi note 3 on delivered by me 14 Nov 2016). Actually I would like to highlight one of the most unforgettable incidents which have happened with me. I am a regular customer of Amazon & sorry to say that the customer service team of Amazon is very much indifferent from the customer’s aspirations & expectations. Even I heard from one of the customer service representative that we cannot help you in this regard. I placed a return request to the customer team and they have also acknowledged that as per your return request or satisfaction factor the order will be replace but now they refuse the replacement. This I would say is a reflection of the bad customer service provided by Amazon. Being a confide customer of your site it’s my right to know when my return pick up would be done and when shall I get the replacement product. I am writing this mail to you directly since I did not get any help from any i hope that I can get a resolution from your end and expect that the replacement product would reach me within 2-3 days Regards Rubina Was this information helpful? | |||||
