Amazon India — order placed for philips earphone and received other chinese company product

I have ordered 2 Philips ear phone from amazon they have charged me 60 Rs per pc delivery cost and instead of philips they have given me some sonilex earphones.

Now on requesting to customer care for giving me my correct order he is refusing that product cant be delivered and you have to take refund.

I want the correct product to be delivered or ten times of the price I have paid for them to be refunded.

This is an fraudulent behavior of Amazon and instead being guilty they are trying to bully us.
