Amazon India — Order placed on 27th June 2017 and was expected to deliver on 3rd July 2017. But still i have not received my order | |||||
Pl ref; ORDER #[protected]. Hi, I have placed this order on 27th June and was expected to deliver on 3rd July, as i didn't received my order on expected date then i talked to customer support team, he replied "the product got damaged due to rain and you will get a fresh product on or before 7th July", that time i agreed with him and waiting for 7th July. In the mean time i again talked with customer support team again on 6th July just to get the status. Then he replied "your product will delivered to you tomorrow (7th july)". On 7th July, i didn't received the same, then i talked again to Customer support team, this time he told me again your product has damaged and what would you like whether you need refund or replace the product?". I got shocked after hear that. I am waiting for the item "Bitdefender Total Security 2017- 1 PC/3years" from 27th of June and there are lots of important data is in my computer which is unprotected by existing Security software. if any miss-happening occurs who will be responsible for this. I want to file complaint against Amazon India under consumer court, please suggest what is the procedure? also send me Nodal officer email id. Waiting for the positive reply.
