Amazon India — ordered on 2 august 2017 order#[protected] | |
Pls look into this order. Either your systems are not in place or there is some insider job kind of thing Ordr placed and payment done -2nd aug 3rd aug amazon shows item dispatched. However no tracking status available since it is thru indiapost. But 1 consignment number is given which is not traceable @ indiapost tracking courier: india post, tracking #: ed[protected]in. On 11th august when we asked seller @ amazon to ship faster, he replies on mail that courier was returned by indiapsoon after, when we contacted cc amazon, they say as per their information the consignment was returned by customer. Here, seller and amazon are giving different reasons. But, actually, the customer neither returned the consignment nor he could confirm with india post that the consignment was ever shipped. Till 12th august tracking status @ amazon shows "arriving 14 aug" Now that product is out of stock with the seller. And currently similar product listed is around 5 times costlier. Amazon should not encourage such sellers who take amazon customers for a ride. Was this information helpful? | |
