Amazon India — Ordered product not delivered

I have order shoe for pin 577530 which service available area in karnataka but after order they are telling this is not comes under service area, u have come and collect the product which is 30 km distance, if i have time to go 30 km then why should i buy product from amazon? and now they are not picking the call, the no is [protected] name prakash, so pls solve my problem.. regards Naveen Kumar H R [protected]@gmail.com
