Amazon India — paid electricity bill not cleared

I paid my bses rajdhani bill through amazon pay on 27 non amounting to 1510 for my ca number[protected]. Even 4 days after the payment, the bill is not cleared and being shown as pending. I have contacted bses rajdhani, but they have denied that amazon pay has transferred them the paid amount of 1510. I also contacted amazon pay, but they have stated that the payment is successful and they are not at fault. Kindly find out whose fault is there and pl trace out my money. You can refer to the screenshot of the payment.

Pl correct 27 Non as 27 Nov(short form of November) which was the date of the bill payment.
