Amazon India — Payment of refund is not received | |||||
Hello, I had ordered Samsung mobile MO2 in exchange with old one on 09 Feb 2021 and Paid through Debit Card. delivery boy came on 12 Feb 2021 for delivery of mobile, at that time he told that screen of your old mobile is little damaged so I can't take old mobile and even he didn't delivered that new one so I asked him to refund the amount Rs 7849.00 and that way Amazon company sent me mail that item we have received and your refund has processed but up till now I have not received the amount I have contacted to Amazon Customer Services 6-7 times but they didn't solve my problem just they gave me Refund Reference Number # 30005110401040213711336 with this again I contacted to my Bank But bank also told me to contact to Amazon Customer Services. Please solve my Problem. if you ask me I will provide my Contact Number.
