Amazon India — Phone not delivered even after 11 days, again shows to expect delivery till wednesday. | |||||
Ordered a phone on 1st of March, one plus x. Expected delivery was 5th of March. Delayed it by 4 days and asked to expect delivery by 9th March. Then again asked to expect the delivery by 12th March. However, the status now again shows to expect the delivery by wednesday, ie 16th March. This has been endless and no action taken. The company makes fake promise and does not follow. The ideal delivery was 7 days, even if I take Sat, Sun non working, the delivery should not have crossed 9th March. this is pathetic and disappointing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
