Amazon India — Phone repair 3 times - need replacement | |||||
Hello team, This is to keep you posted that i have been facing lot of issues with one of your product which is lenovo zuk z1 and now i need replacement of it. I purchased this phone in the mid of june 2016 and started to get problems from the last week of july. Amazon's refused to replace it even if the fault is from their end. They didn't arrange the return pickup and phone went out of their return policy. Then i called amazon many times but the no one bother about my problems and their customer support representative kept on disconnecting my call. Then i visited lenovo service center but that made my life worst. The phone is just 3 months old and pcb, screen, battery & network antenna has been replaced already and software update many times, but the issue still exist. Double tap feature still not working and phone not hangs intermittently. This phone is really pain for me, as i already spent good amount of time and money on this. Kindly process the replacement or refund of this phone or ask amazon to do it.
