I had returned the item 1 month ago but still there was no email or message. I tried to cancel but it was showing 0 rupees and i thought that the money won't be returned and my money is wasted. I tried to call customer service but they were recording voice and i have not any reply from them either. The cost of headphones was 2000 rupees and next whenever i get damaged product then i will directly ask for refund and buy the product from flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
