Amazon India — product delivery by delivery agent

Address:Village and Post Mirzapur Narora Road near Post Office Mirzapur, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, 203001

I placed an order from amazon of puma shoes on 29/01/2020 and from 02/02/2020 daily morning message for order delivery but in evening not order delivered and no agent call me for delivering delivery agent wrong information updated and amazon not take action against delivery boy.

Resp sir, Amazon ne refund ke liya 24/01/2020diya tha and bola tha ke 25jan ko ham call kar ke turant refund de denge, but abhi tak na call aaya he aur nahi refund diya he and bol rahe he k musalamano ko asani problem solve nahi karenge
