Amazon India — product issue no help from the customer service team

‪i am not a valuable customer i think so.‬
‪but here i am facing a problem, i have ordered a mobile samsung j5 prime i want the delivery of the mobile by today itself as i have to leave for abroad by midnight today by 1:00am. And i had purchased the mobile as a special gift for my mother. ‬
‪i tried calling and asking for help from the customer service team but they are saying it wont be possible. ‬
‪i want it as i dont want to spoil my mothers surprise please help me out. ‬

The above mentioned scenario is what i had mention to the customer agent but they were so bad that they didnt even care. I really feel bad about the services provided by the amazon
I had to cancel my flight tickets regarding the same because the mobile was a gift for my mom.
I know amazon doesnt go extra mile for anyone. I m very regretful by ordering from amazon. One small thing cannot be solved by the company.
